Shipping and Return Policy_domestic
Durico Imaging, Inc. currently offers only domestic shipping. All our orders are shipped via UPS Ground on business days excluding holidays. For large orders to be shipped on pallets may be shipped by 3rd party logistics company.
Your order will begin processing the same day if placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM Pacific Time (excluding holidays) and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. All orders placed after 2 PM will begin processing the next business day. You will be contacted by one of our customer care representative if any kind of problem has incurred with your order or payment. Durico Imaging is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or severe weather.

Durico Imaging guarantees the product to be free from any defect in manufacturing and packaging. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may send it back to us following our return policy described herewith. All items must be returned within 45 days from shipment in new, unused condition, with no signs of use, and in a sellable condition. Customer is liable for all shipping and insurance costs (and custom clearance costs for international customers) for general returns and exchanges other than miss-shipping and quality defect.
All returns must include item(s), return label, and packing slip. If any of these items are missing, processing time will be severely delayed. Return label and packing slip must be filled out using our Return Label and Packing Slip form (please click to download this form in PDF file)
The items to return must be packaged in a condition which shall ensure its arrival in a resalable condition. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on products which have been opened or damaged from inadequate packaging on the return shipment.
Products that were miss-shipped or confirmed to be defective in manufacture or packaging will be replaced within 30 days of the filing date of the information. Please call or e-mail us of the miss-shipped, defective or damaged product, and we will issue a prepaid UPS return label that can be placed directly on the returned shipment and given to any UPS driver or shipping center. Replacement and liability due to defect is limited to the retail cost of the product. Since inkjet printer inks and papers change over time, changes in color or fading are not warranted. Durico Imaging holds no liability for the use of the product
Once we receive the returned items, we will either ship you the exchanged item requested or issue a full refund for the products being returned. This process may take upto two weeks. In an event of exchange, please specify the product(s) you wish to be shipped in exchange for your return. In some cases where verbal permission has been given to expedite the exchange before the return, we will charge your credit card on file for the exchanged item to ship. Once the return is confirmed, you will receive a credit to your credit card account.
Other Return Policy Details
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Our product warranty does not include the cost of ink a customer may use in testing or production printing that may be considered unsatisfactory.
- All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
